Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered on it. The site is operated by Think Lean, LLC, doing business as Think Lab. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Readiness Test and invitations
The Project Readiness Test is a request to work together, not an offer or a guarantee of acceptance. Every submission is reviewed by Think Lab. Invitations to purchase a Lab Session are issued at our discretion, are personal to the recipient, and may expire.
Lab Session
The Lab Session is a paid $495 diagnostic engagement. It includes a working session and a written strategic summary delivered within 5 business days of the session. The fee may be credited toward a qualifying engagement started within 14 days, subject to the terms of that engagement.
Payment, rescheduling, and refunds
Payment is due before the session is scheduled. You may reschedule with reasonable notice. Because the work begins on receipt, fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place or the summary has been delivered.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, complete the intake, and supply the access or materials the work requires. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
No guaranteed results
Think Lab provides strategy, design, and build services. We do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, ranking, traffic, or other outcome. Any examples shown are illustrative, not a promise of results.
Intellectual property
Site content, including copy, design, and code, belongs to Think Lab. Ownership of engagement deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless the engagement agreement says otherwise. Think Lab keeps its own pre-existing methods, templates, and tools.
Confidentiality
Information you share for an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to perform the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Think Lab's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
