• Project Readiness Test responses, including your name, email, company or project name, an optional URL, and the project details you write.
• Contact and inquiry form submissions.
• Newsletter and resource signups, including your email address.
• Basic technical and usage data such as pages viewed and referring source.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

• To review your Readiness Test submission and respond with the appropriate next step.
• To deliver the Lab Session and any engagement you purchase.
• To answer inquiries and send the updates or resources you requested.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that make the site work: Lovable Cloud, which hosts the application and database, and GoHighLevel, which we use for contact records, scheduling, and email. These providers process the data on our instructions.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep submissions and contact records for as long as needed to run the relationship and to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message. You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@think-lab.ai.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16.
