Transform decades of research into a credible, recognizable, and scalable public platform. The immediate objective was to support the launch of François' first book, but the larger vision went far beyond a single publication. Think Lab set out to position François as an author, researcher, analyst, and public voice, while building the digital infrastructure needed to support future books, articles, media appearances, interviews, speaking opportunities, and international audience growth.

François had decades of research, evidence, published commentary, and a powerful book, but no unified digital presence capable of communicating the depth and credibility of his work. His materials existed across documents, investigations, articles, interviews, legal filings, and historical research. The challenge was to organize this complex body of information into a clear, compelling, and accessible public platform without oversimplifying the seriousness of the subject matter.

Think Lab began by studying François' background, research, publications, documentary evidence, book, positioning, and long-term objectives. From there, we developed a unified strategy connecting his personal brand, visual identity, book launch, website, content, social platforms, and public positioning. Rather than presenting the project as a conventional author website, we created an experience inspired by investigative archives, historical documents, evidence, timelines, and discovery, allowing visitors to progressively enter François' work and understand the depth behind it. The result is a brand ecosystem designed not only to present information, but to build authority, curiosity, trust, and engagement.
